7Grant is a targeted assistance platform in the 7touch.systems family, built on the inCust platform and operated by PayForSay s.r.o. in Bratislava, Slovakia. It serves humanitarian organisations and government social programmes that need to restrict how assistance is used and prove where it went, without asking anyone to install an app.

What 7Grant does
7Grant is a cash and voucher assistance platform for humanitarian organisations and government social programmes. It holds each beneficiary's entitlement as a controlled account, in currency or in physical goods, releases it only for approved categories at approved merchants, and records every transaction as evidence for the donor.
Beneficiaries need no app: access runs through Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, WhatsApp, Telegram, a phone number, an anonymous card or a national identifier.
Why it is built this way
Our design principle is No App, No Hassle: no party in the delivery chain adopts new software or hardware to take part. Beneficiaries keep the phone they have, merchants keep the terminal they have, and governments keep the registry and the paying bank they have.
What changes is where the rule lives. It moves from paper and field audits into the entitlement itself, enforced at the moment of purchase.
